Can I personalise my order?
Yes, many of our products can be personalised. Simply enter your chosen name or wording in the box provided before adding to your basket. Please double check spelling as items will be made exactly as entered.
Can I send an order directly as a gift?
Yes, you can send your order directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Our kits make perfect gifts for birthdays and special occasions.
Do you offer party bag fillers or bulk orders?
Yes, our products are perfect for party bags and we offer options for individual fillers as well as pre filled sets. If you need a larger quantity, feel free to get in touch.
Delivery
How long does it take to dispatch?
We aim to dispatch most orders within 3 working days.
Please note that some items, such as our bath products, may require a little longer processing time due to their made to order nature.
What are your delivery options?
All orders are sent as Tracked 48 as standard but an upgrade to Tracked 24 is available.

What is included in your kits?
Each product page lists exactly what’s included, but most kits contain a wooden/plaster item to decorate, paints, brushes, and any extras such as stickers, gems or ribbon.
Will I receive the exact colours shown?
We always try to match the images as closely as possible, but colours and contents may vary slightly depending on stock availability. Any variations will still fit the overall theme of the product.
Are your kits suitable for all ages?
Our kits are designed for children aged 3 and up, but suitability can vary depending on the item. We recommend adult supervision for younger children, especially where small parts are included.

Are your products safe?
All products are made with safety in mind and include appropriate UKCA markings and warnings where required. Please always supervise children during use.
Returns & Support
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
