Delivery and Returns

We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery and returns process.

Delivery

 

We aim to dispatch most orders within 3 working days.

Please note that some items, such as our bath products, are made to order and may require a little longer processing time. If your order includes one of these items, dispatch may be slightly delayed. Delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation so you know it’s on the way.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information.

Shipping Information

 

We currently ship across the UK using trusted delivery services.

Delivery options and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will always do our best to resolve this quickly.

Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or personalised, we may not be able to make changes.
