WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are a small UK based handmade business creating thoughtful, creative products for children and families. All items are designed and made in house with care, quality and attention to detail at the heart of everything we do. We work with a limited number of like minded independent businesses who share our ethos and values. Our wholesale offering is available to approved stockists only and the information below outlines our pricing, ordering process and terms for working together. By placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Wholesale Eligibility and Approval

Wholesale purchasing is available to approved stockists only. To apply, please contact us with your full name and registered business name. Approval is at our discretion. We work with businesses that align well with our brand, products and ethos, and we reserve the right to refuse or withdraw wholesale access at any time.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale prices are set at 50% of the current recommended retail price shown on our website at the time of ordering. Recommended retail prices may change, and it is the stockists responsibility to check current pricing before placing an order.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum opening order value for new wholesale customers is £100, excluding postage.
The minimum reorder value thereafter is £75, excluding postage. Postage is charged at a flat rate of £8.99 per order.
Our standard lead time is approximately 2 weeks from payment being received. As all items are handmade by one person, lead times may occasionally extend to up to 3 weeks during busy periods. This will be communicated where possible.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before orders are processed or dispatched. Orders will not be started until payment has cleared.

Branding and Packaging

All products must be sold with our original branding, logo and product information intact.
Stockists are not permitted to repackage, relabel, rebrand or remove any branding from our products.
Our products must not be presented as being made or designed by anyone other than us.

Intellectual Property and Product Copying

All designs, products, wording and concepts remain our intellectual property.
Stockists must not copy our products or create similar items to sell alongside our products, either under their own brand or another brand.
This includes close replicas, inspired designs or variations intended to compete directly with our range.

Selling Platforms

Wholesale products may be sold in physical retail spaces and online shops owned and operated by the approved stockist.
Selling on third party marketplaces or resale platforms is not permitted unless prior written permission has been given.

Handmade and Children's Products

All of our products are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, finish and detail are a natural part of the making process and are not considered faults. These variations are what make each item unique.

Our children's products are intended for supervised use only. They are not toys unless explicitly stated and should always be used in accordance with any age guidance or instructions provided. Stockists are responsible for ensuring products are sold and displayed with the correct safety information and are used as intended.

Paint, craft and activity kits may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Stockists must not alter product contents, instructions or safety information in any way, as this may affect product safety and compliance.

We cannot be held responsible for misuse of products or for failure to follow the provided guidance and supervision requirements.

Sweet Bags and Food Products

We are fully registered as a food business and have been assessed with a food hygiene rating of 5.

All sweet bags are prepared and packed in accordance with current food safety regulations. Full ingredient lists and allergen information are clearly displayed on each individual bag.

Stockists must not open, alter, repackage or relabel any sweet bags, as this may compromise food safety compliance. Sweet bags must be sold exactly as supplied, with all labels intact and visible to customers.

We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or misuse where products have been altered or where allergen information has not been followed.

Returns and Faults

As wholesale orders are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold stock.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, this must be reported within 5 working days of delivery, with clear photographs provided. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of sales or indirect damages once goods have been delivered.
Stockists are responsible for ensuring products are sold and displayed safely and appropriately.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a wholesale relationship immediately if these terms are breached. This includes but is not limited to rebranding, copying products or misuse of our intellectual property.

Amendments

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website and applies to all future orders.
